Their diet includes: eggs, beef, chicken, fish, and nuts.

As a result of all these different foods in their diet, they are very active, and are getting more exercise as they age.
In terms of nutrition, the three adults are very healthy, and have very good health.
They eat a very healthy diet.
While this may not seem like much, the benefits of eating different kinds of foods in different ways are very big, and can help them live longer.
