I can’t tell you what to do for your health.
I can only tell you to eat well and exercise.
But I can say that for me it was nourishing to see how much I could get out of my food.
That’s why I decided to do something about it.
And I decided that a little bit of my energy, too, was probably better spent on nourishing myself rather than on eating a lot of food.
In the early 1970s, when I first started studying nutrition, it was not clear what I wanted to be doing.
I was still in university and I was a graduate student and it was quite a leap of faith.
But when I started, I realised that I was already doing something quite special: I was eating very little food.
My diet consisted of very little of meat, very little fruit, and very little cheese.
I started with a very simple diet, which was not a very healthy one.
I had a very small allotment of fruit and vegetables.
And the rest of my diet was very simple.
So I got my energy from very simple sources, and I used it to feed myself, and that is what I have done.
What does a nutritious diet consist of?
It consists of the following foods: meat, fish, poultry, eggs, vegetables, nuts and seeds, grains and legumes, and grains and fruit.
The protein is meat, and the fibre is fish and legume protein.
