When you think of the term vitamin D, you might think of a person who is getting enough vitamin A. Vitamin D is a vitamin found in the skin, and it helps regulate the body’s production of hormones.

This could be enough to provide adequate calcium to support the production and function of bones and connective tissue.

But for those with a lower body mass index (BMI), a person’s body can need 1,500 mcg, or about 8,500 mg of vitamin B12 a day, depending on the person’s BMI.

If a person needs the amount in the chart below, they will need about 20 mcg to support a healthy bone mass.

This amount of calcium will also support the function of your bones and protect your body from infection and injury.

To support your bones, your body needs vitamin D and calcium.

Vitamin C is found in many foods, including foods you might normally find in the diet such as beans, beans, and lentils.

Some foods that are high in vitamin C, such in carrots, spinach, and kale, may also have a higher amount of Vitamin D. When a person is getting their daily calcium from a food, they also need to take in a daily amount of zinc.
