By now, you know how much time I spend cooking and how much effort I put into it.
But it was a big one.
And it’s a big problem.
And I don’t think I’ll ever be able to do it all again.
I have a lot of regrets and I want to be better at them, I want the whole world to know I’m not some kind of perfectionist.
But I also think I’ve learnt something from my experiences.
I’m a different person now.
I’m now a lot more aware of what I can and cannot do to myself.
I’ve realised I’m still going to be a bit of a fussy eater if I want a bit more energy or if I’m feeling anxious about things.
But there’s so much I could do better and I know I can.
My most important piece of advice to others who are feeling insecure about their health is to listen to your body.
If you’re worried about something you’re eating, or if you’re feeling anxious or stressed, or even if you just feel like you’re not in control of how you feel, then listen to what your body is telling you.
If there’s something that doesn’t feel right, then do something about it.
And if you feel you’re missing out, then maybe you need to change your diet and exercise.
And finally, if you are struggling with a food or health issue and want to find a way to make it easier for you to be healthy, here are some tips for people who are struggling too:You need to be open about your health concerns.
You’re not the only one.
You can’t just hide it, you have to be honest about it, and it needs to be shared.
And you should listen to the body.
Make sure you don’t be judgemental of other people’s health.
And do your own research.
I know it can be hard to do, but you need the support.
And don’t let anyone, especially a doctor, decide what you need or what’s best for you.
When you feel insecure, don’t stop eating or feeling good.
It’s okay to feel a bit down and unhappy and have some anxiety, but the best way to feel good is to eat healthy and to enjoy life.
You might have a food issue, but if you have a healthy diet, exercise, and feel confident and happy, you will be able feel good again.
